Dealing directly with the unconscious mind, hypnosis allows us to gain access in removing any negative blockages or limiting beliefs. It also helps by solidifying new and empowering beliefs into your subconscious mind that allows you to create new brain thoughts and behavioral patterns.
Being in the state of hypnosis is a very common and familiar state, like experiencing a daydream.
You are never out of control or asked do anything against your will, such as: cluck like a chicken or bark like a dog. It is very comfortable, relaxed and safe state of being.
Under the trance like state, you are always in control, and you chose what suggestions you wish to accept or reject.

My name is Alicia Ramos, I am a Hypnotherapist and Mindset Coach. And from such a young age it has always been my passion to help others and to alleviate any pain from them.
I have studied the world, discovering different religions, philosophies, paradigms, and theories all to understand the importance of our existence. From examining this I learned why some people suffer and why others don't, and wanted to learn the formula of those non-suffers, and to teach it to those that were suffering, so they could release it themselves.
It is said that all suffering starts in the mind, but if this is true, then how well do we know our own minds? We only know what is going on in our minds by what we project out into the world, and what we see in our world is a clear indictor of what is going on in our minds.
If this is true, then why can't we stop our own suffering? The truth is we can, but the majority of us don't know how. We are living on auto-pilot, and most of our thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviors are automatically pre-programmed to think, act, and feel in a certain way.
So how do you stop it and reprogram it to a different tune? Well first off we must acknowledge that we no longer want to keep playing the same program over and over, and we want a new one without pain and suffering. And to do this, we must be willing and open up to change.
Change happens in the mind.
And if you want change to happen, you must first change your mind. They say you cannot find a solution to the problem with the same mindset that got you there.
